Our Return Policy
We will accept any product in its original package for up to 15 days from the date of shipment. Before returning any product, you will need to call for an RMA number. We charge a 20% restocking fee for all returned orders. Returns must be in brand new, mint condition, in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging including all packaging materials, such as product & inserts. Acceptance of return of special order items is conditional based on the terms of return of the item's manufacturer or supplier. If damage occurred during transit, please do not dispose of the packaging. Contact the carrier for inspection and file a claim with the carrier. When returning items, they must be sent freight prepaid. Returns sent C.O.D. or "shipping charges collect" will be refused. Credit will be given only for items that we receive and inspect. To avoid any complications, be sure that you insure your return shipment. Returns dept.
